🌍 Welcome to the 2nd Namibia-EU Business Forum online platform!Be part of a growing Namibia–EU partnership powering the path to global decarbonisation. Explore opportunities in sustainable raw materials, renewable hydrogen, e‑fuels, green steel, mineral beneficiation, and logistics, plus high-potential sectors like agribusiness, automotive manufacturing, and the creative industries. The 2nd EU–Namibia Business Forum will take place from 11–13 May 2026 in Windhoek, under the theme “Towards stronger, greener and more diversified economies: Catalyzing Business and Trade Opportunities between the EU and Namibia.” The Forum will focus on green industrialisation, including sustainable raw materials value chains and renewable hydrogen agribusiness, automotive manufacturing, and the vibrant cultural and creative industries, all aimed at fostering an environment ripe for investment and local value addition. Bringing together over 400 high-level attendees from EU and Namibian private sectors, policy and policymaking makers, innovators and financing institutions, the forum will offer panel discussions, plenary sessions, dedicated exhibition spaces, and a robust B2B platform.. 🎯 Key Objectives of the Forum: Strengthen Partnerships: Review and enhance the EU-Namibia strategic partnership. Shape Policy: Engage in high-level discussions to create a more supportive business environment. Unlock Trade: Assess and maximize opportunities arising from the EPA Agreement. Drive Green Growth: Champion green industries and their entire value chains. Diversify & Innovate: Showcase creative industries and encourage broader trade diversification. Secure Investments: Explore effective financing strategies for strategic projects. Connect & Collaborate: Provide invaluable networking opportunities for businesses and policymakers. Facilitate Deals: Host dedicated B2B and B2G matchmaking sessions. Forge Future Agreements: Potentially witness the signing of new EU-Namibia agreements. 💬 Forum Format: Hosted by the European Union (EU) Delegation in Namibia in collaboration with the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) and, with strong participation from EU Member States and various government and private sector entities, the two-day event will feature: Insightful Dialogues: High-Level Policy Dialogues on EU-Namibia partnerships. Compelling Presentations: Showcasing key projects and sectors. Expert Discussions: Roundtable Discussions with leading sector experts.
