Project Pitch
The establishment of a production and assembly facility in Namibia for balance‑of‑plant assembly for electrolyzer systems serving the Sub‑Saharan Africa (SSA) market. We will implement a Manufacturing 4.0 model to address scale and replication challenges with automotive‑level quality and process control. This will be achieved through high standardization, modern IoT, and flexible manufacturing processes. The result is lower BOP cost, reduced CAPEX, and decreased project risk.
We will leverage Namibia’s strategic location to serve the entire SSA region. Our modular system scales in steps of 1, 2, or 5 MW and can be assembled in packs (e.g., groups of five), enabling plug‑and‑play scaling to multi‑MW systems and allowing facilities to scale from ~500 kW up to GW class. This approach will enable local industry development and support exports, providing permanent employment.

Feasibility/Due Diligence
Technical: Final assembly layout will be completed with HSSMI once property has been selected. This is a dynamic process between civil and mechanical teams. We will partner with HSSMI and Fortitude Namibia.
Financial: Internally complete: Due diligence has been done bottom-up with supplier input. The full BOM layout is complete, and all equipment costing has been prepared; costs will be updated once lender due diligence commences
