Webinar: From Machines to Services: Building a Digital Backbone for OEM Service Excellence“Scalable, digital-first service execution across your installed base”📅 Date: March 19th 2026 (Thursday) 🕒 Time: 10:00–11:00 CET🎙 Featuring: Henk Wynjeterp, Managing Director, Pragma EuropeJohan Nilsson, Head of Services, SyntegonFragmentation isn’t just an IT problem — it’s a growth constraint.OEMs everywhere are shifting from product delivery to service-led growth. But when service organizations try to scale, they often hit the same wall: the installed base truth is scattered, and execution depends on spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and workarounds.Your core systems — ERP, CRM, PLM, FSM — each do their job. Yet none of them is built to deliver what modern service delivery requires: a single, “as-maintained” view of the installed base, connected to maintenance plans, spares, cost, and execution feedback. In this session, Pragma and Syntegon will show how Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) can become the missing backbone in the OEM aftermarket application landscape — connecting your existing stack around installed base reality. The result: faster quoting, more consistent execution, and continuous performance improvement with every service event. What you’ll learn1) Why “as-built” isn’t enoughService excellence depends on closing the gap between as-built (what you shipped) and as-maintained (what’s actually in the field after upgrades, replacements, and real-world usage). Without this foundation, digital services struggle to scale.2) The missing layer in the OEM aftermarket application landscapeWhy many OEMs jump straight to FSM — and still struggle with:service contract costing and quotingstandardizing maintenance tasks across the installed baseturning alarms and condition signals into governed workaligning parts, people, and plans with what’s truly installed3) EAM as the digital backbone — not “another system”How EAM connects and operationalizes ERP, CRM, PLM, and FSM around installed base truth, enabling:maintenance plan libraries and governed executionforecasting of tasks, spares, and resourcesfeedback loops that improve tactics, costing, and service performance over time4) Practical impact: faster quoting, better costing, less adminReal-world outcomes discussed include reduced time to produce quotes, professional feedback reports and invoices, and improved service contract costing accuracy, linked to maintenance tasks, FMEA logic, and learning from history.5) Managing third-party equipment in outcome-based contractsIf you service or guarantee outcomes for a complete line that includes non-OEM assets, the backbone becomes even more critical, because service delivery can’t stop at “what we sold.”Who should attendThis webinar is designed primarily for OEM aftermarket and service leaders, including:Aftermarket / Services Directors & VPsService Sales Leaders (after-sales divisions)Service Operations, Service Delivery; Contracting leadersService Strategy, Digital Service, Asset Performance / Equipment Performance leadersSpeakersHenk Wynjeterp, Managing Director, Pragma EuropeHenk leads Pragma’s European OEM go-to-market focus, helping OEMs build scalable service execution models using an EAM-centered digital backbone across the installed base.Johan Nilsson, Head of Services, SyntegonJohan brings the customer perspective on why Syntegon chose this approach: what they couldn’t solve with the existing application landscape, the value they expect from an EAM-driven backbone, and what changed once installed base truth was treated as a first-class capability.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------How to register (if you haven't already done so):Use the green 'Join the Event' button on the right-hand side on this page and fill in the form - and you're in!If you are already registered, use the top menu on this page to navigate the platform.
