Plenary 2B: Navigating green private sector development: donor priorities, implementer realities

Green private sector development is now an almost universal priority for donor agencies, but this has not yet translated into a shared understanding of effective practice. This session will unpack the murky jargon around ‘green growth’ and present four key lessons from experience to date, focusing on institutional and operational dynamics faced by donors and implementers. Each of these will be briefly illustrated by a group of donor and implementer representatives, followed by Q&A with the audience.
