Steve Hartrich is a market systems development specialist who leads the ILO’s Systems Change Initiative. For the last ten years, he has worked at the nexus of market systems development and employment both in the field and in supporting the ILO’s global portfolio of market systems projects. Most recently, his work has focused on testing and understanding how to apply the approach to advance a just transition.
