Practical Information Kit

The Cohesion for Transitions (C4T) Forum will bring together members of the C4T Community of Practice, relevant stakeholders, and counterparts from EU institutions to exchange on the implementation of cohesion policy, address challenges, and share information, knowledge, and good practices.The Forum will be organised in Zagreb (Croatia) on 12–13 November 2025, in-person. It will be co-hosted by REGEA, the North-West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency.To maximise synergies, the Forum will take place back-to-back with three other C4T activities: the second in-person meetings of the Working Groups and the Academic Sounding Board, the first Working Group field visit, and the first GROUNDWORK  regional event.On 12 November, Working Group and Academic Sounding Board members will convene in separate and joint sessions, followed by a field visit.On 13 November, the Forum will take place in the morning, and the GROUNDWORK  regional event will follow in the afternoon.Together, these activities will offer participants the opportunity to engage with transition efforts on the ground, highlight good practices, and strengthen collaboration across the C4T Community.Keep up to date with the news from C4T Community of Practice via the links below:C4T website linkC4T LinkedIn pageFor any questions on the logistics of the events please send an email to events@cohesion4transitions.eu.We look forward to welcoming you to the C4T Forum!We look forward to welcoming you to the Forum!
