The Cohesion for Transitions (C4T) Forum, organised by the European Commission, DG REGIO, together with REGEA (the North-West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency), will take place on 12–13 November 2025 in Zagreb.

The Forum will bring together members of the C4T Working Groups and Academic Sounding Board, Technical Assistance (GROUNDWORK) beneficiaries, as well as local stakeholders, including representatives of Croatian national and regional authorities.

The event will serve as a platform for informal exchanges, networking, and dialogue between science, policy, and practice. It will showcase replicable good practices, tools, and outcomes from C4T-related activities, with a special focus on climate proofing and environmental requirements under Cohesion Policy investments.

To maximise synergies, the Forum will take place back-to-back with other C4T activities: the second in-person meetings of the Working Groups and the Academic Sounding Board, the first Working Group field visit, and the first Technical Assistance (GROUNDWORK) regional event.

On 12 November, Working Group and Academic Sounding Board members will convene in separate and joint sessions, followed by a field visit.

On 13 November, the Forum will take place in the morning, followed by the Technical Assistance (GROUNDWORK) regional event in the afternoon.

Together, these activities will allow participants to engage directly with transition efforts on the ground, highlight good practices, and strengthen collaboration across the C4T Community.
