Showing signs of the ripe, nearly drought like quality of the vintage, this wine has been dark and brooding from the beginning. Aged slowly in 500 and 600 liter puncheons for nearly 24 months, this wine was softened, without oak extraction. Look to this wine to develop over the next 20-30 years.
