100% Cabernet Franc from New Suns, our home vineyard on the west side of Cayuga Lake. In 2023 we began converting our farm to organics, and farmed it fully organically in 2025. Fruit was hand-harvested, fully de-stemmed and had a gentle 12 day maceration before aging in neutral barrel for 15 months. Cedar-y, raspberry-laden and rose petal-y, the 2024 is a particularly pure and elegant version of Cabernet Franc.
