Rojo Clásico is a tribute to the red vermouth that has been drunk traditionally in bars and restaurants all around Catalonia, Spain. The base wine is aged for one year sol i serena and the final coupage rests for a further 10 months or so in ex-sherry casks. The vermouth has a very expressive nose with aromas of sweet spices – in particular cinnamon and cloves. Tones of candied fruits. A creamy and fresh palate that gives way to a finish with memories of slightly bitter Mediterranean herbs.

VERMOUTH PADROThe Padró winery, run hands-on by the 5th generation, is one of Spain's oldest vermouth producers. The family has been making vermouth for 100+ years and now boasts three bottled brands, including Padró & Co. (premium, innovative, 5 interconnecting vermouths). All our vermouths are made following traditional methods (natural herb infusions) and we carry out the entire vermouth-making process ourselves, from vine to bottle in and around the village of Bràfim (Tarragona). Our vermouths have won many local and international awards for quality inside the bottle as well as for packaging and are now exported to around 30 countries.
