Ventrata Open is the official Ventrata community conference, bringing together leading attractions, tours, and activity operators, as well as selected partners, industry friends, and the Ventrata team.

The 2026 edition marks 10 years of Ventrata. At Ventrata, we believe in Ticketing Together. Ventrata Open reflects that belief by bringing clients, partners, and our team together to solve today's challenges, share ideas, and help shape the future of ticketing.

Is this a 2 day event?
Yes. The main conference takes place on September 7 and 8. September 6 is arrival day, including a welcome gathering. We recommend arriving on September 6 and leaving on September 9 for the best experience.
Is travel and accomodation covered?
The event itself is complimentary for invited attendees. Guests are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
Who will be attending from Ventrata?
You will meet Ventrata’s leadership, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
Will meals be provided?
Lunch, refreshments, and evening networking events are included during the main conference days. All other meals are at the attendee’s own expense.
