We began producing salt fish in the old world tradition in Nova Scotia, Canada in 1971.
Expanding our salted fish offerings to reflect the diverse needs of our customers.
Today, our three premium brands are considered the world’s highest quality cured Cod and Pollock among Hispanic/Ethnic connoisseurs.
Our top selling Saltfish products include these three popular brands: Cristobal® Salted Cod and Salted Pollock, Buena Ventura® Salted Pollock, and BacalaRico® Salted Pollock.
All of our products originate from sustainable wild caught stocks, and are processed in modern-day MSC certified manufacturing plants, meeting all U.S. HACCP safety regulations.
