With its rich New England legacy, Cristobal Salted Cod is our original brand of salted fish. Deliciously firm with large white flakes, it holds up well during cooking and retains its unique salt flavor. Considered the “real deal,” Cristobal Salted Cod is highly popular among traditional consumers of salted fish, with old-world recipes passed from one generation to the next. Wild-caught — never farm-raised, Cristobal is often found at the holiday dinner table during Easter, Lent, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Cristobal Salted Cod fillets are available in a 1lb. and 2lb. bag size, plus a 1lb. wooden box format. 40lb. cases of Bulk salted cod fillets are also available.
