Polish Economic InstituteThe Polish Economic Institute is a public economic think-tank with a ninety-year tradition. 22 September 2018 was the date of entry into force of the Polish Economic Institute Act dissolving the Institute for Market, Consumption and Business Cycle Research – National Research Institute and establishing the Polish Economic Institute. Its research spans trade, macroeconomics, energy and the digital economy, with strategic analysis on key areas of social and public life in Poland. The Institute provides analysis and expertise for the implementation of the Strategy for Responsible Development and helps popularize Polish economic and social research in the country and abroad.
