ODs on Finance Summit

The ODs on Finance Summit is a practice owner-focused conference centered on actionable clinical protocols, practical business systems, and smarter financial decisions. It is designed for private-practice owners, cold-start doctors, and medical and specialty optometrists. Attendance is intentionally limited to approximately 400 doctors and owners to create stronger engagement, deeper education, and meaningful access to peers and sponsors.

Absolutely not! While the ODs on Finance Summit will be one of the most concentrated gatherings of independent practice owners, future owners, and growth-minded optometrists, associates are absolutely welcome.

The program is designed around clinical protocols, practice management strategies, technology, efficiency, and financial growth—making it highly relevant whether you currently own a practice, plan to own one in the future, or simply want to become a stronger clinician and more valuable member of your practice.

Full-access registration includes CE seminars, breakfast and lunch, social events, and the exhibit hall. Approximately 400 full-access tickets are planned across four tiers:

• Early Bird Tier 1: $495 — limited to 100 tickets

• Tier 2: $595 — limited to 100 tickets
• Tier 3: $695 — limited to 100 tickets
• Tier 4: $795 — limited to 100 tickets
• Social Events + Exhibit Hall Pass: $250 — CE sessions are not included

Yes. Please keep in mind that CE and educational seminars are designed for optometrists. Office managers, staff members, and adult guests may attend the exhibit hall and social events with a $250 Social Events + Exhibit Hall Pass; this pass does not include CE sessions.

Children are not recommended at event functions. Happy hours and social events are for guests age 18 and older, so please arrange childcare separately.

Registrations are nonrefundable because Summit capacity is intentionally limited and event commitments are made in advance based on confirmed attendance. If you cannot attend, email education@odsonfinance.com.

Ticket transfers are not guaranteed and may be considered only at the organizer’s discretion, subject to eligibility, timing, and any applicable administrative requirements.

1. Attend each live CE session for its full required duration. A minimum of 50 minutes is required for each CE hour.
2. CE certificates are expected by email within 24–48 hours after the event and may also be available in your ODs on Finance CE Dashboard using your registration email.
3. The event’s COPE administrator will submit eligible credits to ARBO; processing may take six to eight weeks. For faster course tracking, download the OE TRACKER app and scan the ARBO course QR code after each eligible session.

Courses presented as COPE-approved live education are commonly accepted as live credit, but state requirements vary. Confirm your board’s rules at odsonfinance.com/cestates.

The Summit takes place at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, 333 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101. The nearest airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN), less than four miles from the hotel. Uber or Lyft is recommended. Self-parking is expected to be discounted to $25 per day for attendees.

Room rate: A standard room is expected to be available through the Summit room block for $349 per night, subject to availability and the booking deadline. Use the official room-block link when booking a room.
