Are you a Nurse specifically experienced in rehabilitation and complex trauma injury management? Have you been thinking about how to further develop and enhance your clinical career by exploring the rewarding professional opportunities within the private rehabilitation sector? Due to continued expansion we are looking for home based full or part-time Rehabilitation Case Managers to join our supportive and knowledgeable rehabilitation team. We would be keen to talk to you if you have 5+ years post graduate experience, or 3+ years recent experience in catastrophic injury such as ABI, SCI, complex orthopaedic or amputee management. You do not need experience of the private case management sector, as we will provide a comprehensive company induction and on-boarding training package. You will become a valued member of our multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team, receiving on-going training, paid CPD opportunities and support. Although our rehabilitation managers are home based, our dedicated clinical team meets regularly virtually and also in person once a quarter, plus you will have the additional support of our highly experienced administrative team. Every case is overseen by a GMC registered Doctor and our Case Managers are from a variety of health professions, including Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Nurses and Occupational Therapists. Our Regulation: Regulation is essential in the management and delivery of rehabilitation, as it protects patients’ rights, as well as assuring clinical quality, ethics, and fitness to practice. The unique way in which we manage cases means that Medicess clinicians are regulated by bodies such as the General Medical Council (GMC), the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We are therefore duty bound to act with professional and ethical integrity and remain patient-centred. Traditional “Case Management” organisations cannot provide the same degree of regulatory reassurances.
