Network Plus is one of the UK's most prominent utility and infrastructure service providers. Founded in 2000, Network Plus received investment from OMERS in 2022 and has since grown and built on its track record of safe, reliable delivery across the UK's power, water and gas networks.

With a workforce of 6,500 strong, and over 94 depots, Network Plus is a trusted partner in delivering and maintaining the UK’s core infrastructure, to enable communities & economies to keep moving.

Subject to regulatory approval, Network Plus is set to be acquired by Warburg Pincus, reflecting the strong momentum built over the past 5 years and welcomes the new opportunities and support Warburg Pincus can bring to UK infrastructure.
