Asset Match is the leading online platform for trading shares in private companies. Established in 2012 and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, it has become a trusted partner to a multitude of private companies, advisors, brokers and investors.
The platform brings buyers and sellers together allowing privately-held companies to trade their shares via periodic or one-off auctions.
The Asset Match model for creating secondary liquidity is facilitated via auctions where participants can view a live order-book throughout and a non-discretionary algorithm creates a single clearing price.
The platform hosts a variety of private companies from all sectors and industries with valuations ranging from sub-£1m to £2bn. Over £140m of secondary liquidity has been transacted on Asset Match since its inception.
