The 2026 INSPIRE Women’s Business Conference, established by the Washington Center for Women in Business (WCWB), is designed for women-identifying entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders who are ready to grow—both professionally and personally.INSPIRE is more than a conference. It’s a space built intentionally for connection, learning, and momentum. Through real conversations and practical sessions, attendees gain tools to navigate funding opportunities, strengthen networks, build meaningful partnerships, and show up more confidently in their businesses.INSPIRE brings together women who are actively building—often while balancing families, careers, and community leadership.
