Your local population deserves long, healthy lives, and equitable access to care. With national guidance in place, and the ICS structure setting you up for success, now is the time to drive forwards place-level action to deliver on their needs and improve outcomes.The HSJ Reducing Health Inequalities Forum will unite 100+ senior leaders working across the NHS and wider system – from chief executives, to clinical and population health management leads – to discuss short-term tactics and long-term preventative strategies to deal with existing and reduce future inequalities.Register your interest to explore with your peers how to reduce outcome disparities across high priority clinical areas, and find new ways to expand access and deliver services to currently underserved population groups. Key themes for the Forum in 2023:Taking a population health approach to ensure effective resource allocation and drive impact  Improving service access, early diagnosis and treatment in hard-to-reach population groups  Deep-diving the Core20PLUS5 clinical priorities to deliver quick wins and long-term impact Moving from project-based work to embedding health inequalities within the heart of daily operations Working cross-sector to address the wider determinants of health
