Jerindo Sari Utama was founded in 1972, with the main activity as a distributor of flavours and ingredients for the food and beverage industry from well-known companies in the world, namely Symrise, Mafco, Hälssen & Lyon, Shanghai AB Food, Royal Buisman, Fonterra, Haco, EPI, Euronut and Van Aroma. For almost 50 years, PT. Jerindo Sari Utama is one of the main partners of food and beverage producers in Indonesia, not only by supplying its products, but also by proactively providing new ideas and concepts for the development of their customers' products, through technical and marketing, supports. 

Welcoming its 50th anniversary next year, PT. Jerindo Sari Utama, in 2017, issued its 2025 vision to become a regional player within ASEAN, not only as a distributor but also as a producer of its own products. Through its products, both products from its principals and its own products, PT. Jerindo Sari Utama believes that it can provide better, more complete and comprehensive services to its customers. 

Currently, PT. Jerindo Sari Utama already has several self-produced products, covering four major categories, namely beverage, sweet goods, savoury and health & nutrition. Under the umbrella of Jerindo Products, these products are ingredients that play an important role in supporting the creation of the best products from customers, both in terms of taste, texture, as well as health claims or perceptions needed. Furthermore, in ensuring to provide the best support to its customers, Jerindo Products can be custom-made according to the specific needs of a certain customer.
