How do I use the Coalition's room block?

Updated 9/30/26: The deadline to book within the Coalition’s room block has passed. Due to a competing event in Chicago, hotel availability near the Policy Forum venue is limited, and rates may be higher than usual. For attendees still needing accommodations, we’ve compiled a list of hotels that, as of September 30, still have rooms available at relatively reasonable rates for the night of October 19: Freehand Chicago Hyatt Place Chicago / Wicker Park The Willows Hotel Hyatt House Chicago / West Loop-Fulton Market Hampton Inn Chicago West Loop Fulton Market Area Availability and rates are subject to change, so we encourage attendees to book accommodations as soon as possible.
