  • Accessing & Updating Your Profile

You control your visibility in the ATD OrgDev Session Scheduler and Mobile App (Swapcard). Your basic profile helps others recognize you, your contact details stay private unless you accept a connection, or book a meeting, and messages are always private. Visibility settings can be updated anytime.

Click on your user icon in the upper-right corner to access:

    • My Profile

    • My Contacts

    • My Schedule

    • My Bookmarks

My Profile: Your "Profile" contains your attendee information. You can add a photo, bio, social media links, and contact details. Your contact information is not visible in your attendee profile.

You cannot edit your name or email in your profile as this is pulled directly from your registration and contains your access details.

Speaker profiles will also include all sessions in which they are speaking.

My Contacts: Your "My Contacts" contains a list of the people you accepted a connection requests from. Once you have accepted a connection, you will be able to view their contact information, and they can now view yours.

You can export your contacts to follow up with them after the event.

My Schedule: Your "My Schedule" shows the sessions you have added to your personal schedule.

You can connect your schedule to your Google Calendar, export it to your calendar, or download a PDF. Please keep in mind that if you download a PDF, this is for information purposes and subject to change.

We recommend using the virtual platform or mobile app for the most-up-to-date information.

My Bookmarks: Your "Bookmarks" lets you save exhibitors or other items you want to come back to later.

  • Build Your Agenda Online & Using the Session Scheduler

    Platform Navigation:

What time zone is used for the sessions? By default, the system follows your device’s time zone. But you can switch to your event’s time zone on the event home page, in the event description area.

Where can I view my sessions, and bookmarked companies? Click on the arrow next to your profile and then “My Bookmarks.” A new page will open with a list of your saved and bookmarked items. Select “My Schedule” allows you to see your own schedule.

Where do I go to send a connection request? Navigate to the user’s profile and use the “Send a Connection Request” box on the right-hand side of the page.

Where can I view all of my messages? You can view all of your messages under the “messages” icon at the top of the web app page.

Where can I view all the notifications? You can view your notifications under the “notifications bell” icon.

How do I add a bio to my profile? To add a bio, go to the “My Profile” tab and then select “Edit” in the “Bio” box. Describe yourself in a few words, then go back to save.

How do I add a photo to my profile? To add a profile photo, go to the “My Profile” tab and then select the box with your name, then choose “Edit” in the box with your empty profile picture. You will arrive on the next page, and by selecting the empty circle in your profile photo, you can choose a photo and crop it. Once the photo has been cropped, you can validate it by selecting the ✓ at the top right of your screen. You can also take a photo while editing by selecting “Camera.”

  • Mobile App (Swapcard)

The ATD Conferences & Events mobile app is available in your device’s app store. The event app will launch in September, and the agenda you create in the Session Scheduler will transfer to the app when it launches.

    Technical Tips

    • Access the site from another browser (this bypasses any browser settings that may be blocking access). If you are on a PC, you should have access to Edge; on a Mac, it will be Safari.

    • Open an Incognito window and try to access the content this way (this gets around any cached or bad data that could be held in the browser).

    • Try on a different device (mobile or tablet, if you are viewing on a desktop).

  • Can Attendees Connect with Sponsors?

    Of course!

Explore the “Exhibitor” directory. Bookmark your favorite sponsors to follow up with during or after the conference ends.

Exhibitor have provided their websites and company information. Visit their website to book a meeting or demo.

Search by category to find exhibitors that match your needs.

Search the attendee list by company to exhibitor representatives directly. You can send them a connection request or message.

  • Session and Speaker Evaluations

The evaluation site will open in September.

You will complete a survey for each session you attend.

Once you have submitted a session evaluation for each session you attended, you will be able to print a transcript and certificate of attendance.
