Enhanced care in Care homes; Implementing a new enhanced multidisciplinary care service in care homes in Tower Hamlets during the Covid -19 pandemic

Prior to the pandemic, geriatrician input was face to face and on a smaller scale. After the first wave, as a result of enhanced funding, a more structured approach was implemented to deliver remote multidisciplinary care into all care homes in Tower Hamlets.
