QS-7 saponin adjuvant has similar adjuvancy strength as QS-21, but with a reduced toxicity profile. Due to it's limited availability, it has not been extensively studied in human clinical trials. We aim to change that! Making QS-7 widely available to our vaccine research collaborators.
Desert King InternationalDesert King International based in San Diego, California, is the world’s largest supplier of purified saponins from Quillaja saponaria for the vaccine industry, used as vaccine adjuvants in veterinary, pre-clinical and human clinical applications. We offer ready to add veterinary vaccine adjuvants such as Vet-Sap®, DK Saponin Ultra, and DK Saponin; as well as component saponins for Iscom preparations, and highly purified single saponins such as QS-21, QS-17, QS-18 and QS-7. GMP grade QS-21 is now available in 100 mg quantities, with current batch sizes of 15 grams, and yearly production capacity of hundreds of grams.
