Troubleshooting loggin on: 

  Make sure you try multiple browsers (google chrome is preferred) 
  Please try using the mobile app if your desktop version isn’t working 
  Have you logged in and out? There may have been a temporary glitch in the system 
  Your emails may be blocked by your companies firewall/proxy settings – please provide us with a personal email. If this works, contact your company tech team to enable emails from Swapcard to your company email address.
