The " Flying Knights, planes in wartime" series tells the history of warplanes through the exceptional adventures of pilots during WWI and WWII. An odyssey of military aviation, between major technological breakthroughs, legendary air combats, exceptional pilots, tragic destinies and anonymous heroes. Portraits of men and airplanes who marked the history of war.
Episode 1 – The pioneers: from recognition to the first fights (1914-1918)

The series will combine archives, testimonies from descendants of pilots, 3D special effects, expert interventions, filming in vintage planes and evocation scenes.
