Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production is less than 0.1% of total aviation fuel consumption and while there is no winning technology to rapidly increase supply, SAF offers significant potential to reduce aviation emissions*. Shell Aviation intend to supply a significant share of the available supply to the market by working with others including the world’s largest producer of SAF, World Energy.
