Quinta do Ataíde is one of the Symington family’s most ambitious projects our long-term commitment to sustainability and innovation. Organically farmed & officially granted Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) GOLD certification – a first in Portugal to achieve this recognition & first in Europe to surpass 60 LEED points, which is the threshold for being granted the GOLD certification level. There are only three other wineries in the world that have reached this level of LEED certification.Smooth, luscious & fullbodied with cincentrated black plum & wild berry flavours, subtle vanilla spice from french oak aging. Well integrated tannins, crisp balancing acidity & fresh mineral finish.
