Anselmo Mendes is recognised in Portula and internationally for the excellence of the wines he produces, for his consistant way he innovates & uses age old techniques, fermenting on skins, using oak casks in the sub-region of Moncao & Melgaco. Aromatic white , a grape exclusive to Vinho Verde with short on-skin maturation,hence the name Contacto. It is complex, full- bodied & well structured with enticing floral notes, lime, salty aromas of citrus with peach & tropical fruits. Versatile, it can be paired with a variety of dishes.
