GRAMONA 'III LUSTROS'

III Lustros is a complex sparkling wine, a pure reflection of its terroir, the Font de Jui estate, which lies between the Anoia River and Mas Escorpí hills. We care for the Xarel·lo and Macabeo vines using the most respectful winegrowing techniques: We follow biodynamic principles, we plough by horses and harvest by hand . This sparkling wine, first made in 1951, rests in our cellars for over 80 months with a natural cork stopper. The disgorgement and every step of the ageing process are carried out entirely by hand in a craft process.
