Pinot Noirs from Eichberg are wines with pronounced fruitiness that are nonetheless mineral in character, thanks to the volcanic ash soil on which the vines grow. The 2019 vintage produced balanced, velvety red wines with a wonderful tannin structure and unique fruitiness.
