Fume Blanc

This is Sauvignon Blanc with a woody touch. After a classic cool fermentation, the wine remains on its lees (Sur Lie) for 6 months in used French & American oak barrels. This process adds a creamy texture and vanilla notes to the tropical pineapple fruit. The finish is long and elegant. Pour this with grilled sea bass or creamy chicken.
