Terroir Vranec Grand Reserva

A massive red made from partially dried grapes on the vine (yield reduction) to concentrate the sugars and flavors. It undergoes an intensive ageing process of minimum of 36 months in new American and French oak barrels. It is massive and jammy, with notes of dark chocolate and mint. This is a wine for "big" food—think grilled ribeye steak or slow-cooked lamb shanks.
