Chardonnay Barrel Fermented

Deeper gold in the glass, this wine is fermented and aged in new and used French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months. The wood interaction gives it a velvety, buttery texture and aromas of baked apples and hazelnuts. It is a rich, complex white that feels almost like a meal in itself. Pair it with mushroom risotto or rich, buttery fish.
