A transparent ruby red that is vinified with great care to preserve its delicate nature. It is aged in used American and French oak barrels for up to 12 months to ensure the wood doesn't overwhelm the cranberry and rose petal aromas. It is silky and light-footed. An elegant choice for roasted salmon or mushroom dishes.
