Isabelle Sabon has been overseeing Domaine de la Janasse for over 20 years with her brother Christophe. In 2014 she bought a farmhouse surrounded by 15 hectares of 50-year-old vines at the southern limit and highest point of the Plan de Dieu appellation. This wine is 90% destemmed with 25-day maceration,12 months ageing in foudre for the Grenache and barriques for the Syrah and Mourvèdre.
