Information

The domaine consists of a single block 20 ha vineyard spread over Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône appellations. The north-facing slopes help keep the wines fresh even in these days of global warming. This cuvée is made from a 5.5ha plot with sandy clay soils and 85 year-old vines. Wild ferment, no fining or filtration.
