Via Caritatis Chardonnay

Made by Benedictine monks, this wine is a tribute to their brothers in Burgundy. The sandy clay soils allow the Chardonnay to develop tension and structure. The high-altitude terroirs bring freshness and vivacity and the use of concrete to ferment highlights the purity of the variety. Chardonay in the Rhône – who would have thought it!
