The company works closely with wineries that are deeply committed to their land, history, and environment, representing producers focused on authenticity, sustainability, and true expression of terroir. Winemercy will be joining WineCONNECT Dublin, showcasing a carefully curated selection from Heraki Wines, Kastro Tireli, and Vinolus.
Heraki Wines, founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife winemakers Fulya Akıncı and José Hernández-González, is a project rooted in both Turkish and Spanish winemaking heritage. The couple met while studying oenology in Bordeaux and later combined their names to form Heraki. The winery is widely recognised for championing indigenous Turkish grape varieties. While based in Alaşehir, Manisa, their grapes are sourced from diverse regions across Türkiye, reflecting a broad expression of the country’s viticultural landscape.
Kastro Tireli was founded by Yunus Mermerci, inspired by Akhisar’s long-standing grape-growing traditions and winemaking heritage. Located in the village of Pınarcık, the organic estate sits at 200–280 metres above sea level in the Aegean region. Its vineyards benefit from a distinctive microclimate and mineral-rich, rocky reddish-yellow soils. From the outset, the focus has been on organic viticulture, preserving vineyard biodiversity, working with native yeasts, and producing expressive, minimal-intervention wines that reflect the true character of the region.
Vinolus is an award-winning Turkish winery founded in 2009 by Oluş Molu. The organic estate is located on the historic Molu Farm near Kayseri, at the edge of the Cappadocia region. Beyond wine production, Vinolus also operates Sunolus Vineyard House, a boutique wine tourism destination offering vineyard accommodation, outdoor leisure facilities, and curated tasting experiences directly within the estate.
