Selected from older vineyards of Monastrell grapes, located on the slopes of the Sierra de Enmedio that grow in calcareous and stony soil, at an average altitude of 550 meters. The grapes are harvested at the end of September. by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast.Aged for 3 months in new French and American oak barrels 50/50. The wine is racked every three months to get a perfect homogenization and oxygenation.
