Aged for 12 months in new french and american oak barrels 50/50. Racked every three months for getting the best homogenization and oxygenation.Selected from our oldest vineyards of Monastell variety growing on the calcareous soil under the sunny climate of the Region of Murcia (southeast of Spain), located between 600 and 900 meters above sea level. The yield do not exceed 1.5 kg per vine.
