Colleita de Martís

Information

A more modern and competitive wine. Its name reflects its ancient roots, as the current winery's headquarters were known as "La casa de Martís", an old farmhouse. Made with 100% Albariño grapes, destemmed and cold pressed, with controlled fermentation between 18 and 20 C. Balsamic aromas of laurel with notes of dried eucalyptus leaf and ripe apple. ON THE PALATE: Exudes freshly cut grass, and lemon, with a measured and pleasant bitterness in the background that gives it life and suggests its harmonious combination with brothy rice and lobster, grilled vegetables, and fish, without overlooking white meats too.
