VINIFICATION The grapes from Garnacha vineyards planted on slate soils –aka Llicorella, together with the Cariñena vines grown on clay soils and the Syrah & Tempranillo vines on limestone soils, have been harvested on separate dates and elaborated separately. Once the different wines were obtained, a blending process was carried out in order to obtain this pleasant wine for the consumer. TASTING NOTES Cherry red color with garnet piping of great depth. Intense red fruit aromas, pleasant entry on the palate with black fruits notes and a slight mineral touch. Long and persistent mid-palate with a great acidity resulting in a feeling of fullness on the palate
