VIÑAS FAMILIA GILGil Family Estates is a family owned company founded in 1916. Nowadays run by the 4th and 5th generation, it puts together eleven wineries located in different D.O.'s, each one with its own personality and working in excellent tuning with the rest. In fact they share a declared bet for the indigenous varieties and the effort in the conservation of the rich, though scarce, patrimony of old vines. More than 1.600 ha of vineyards around Spain, with an obsession for sustainability and preserving our land and clones and a huge investment in high technology such as optical sorting system in many wineries, precise temperature control, own production of nitrogen etc. We operate from a central warehouse, where we consolidate, and central headquarters in Jumilla.
