Tras la Yesca, Organic Toro

Tempranillo, aged 25-55 years, altitude 625-750 m. Sandy soils with gravel and limestone subsoils. A few years ago, this vineyard was affected by esca, a disease that attacks vineyards and weakens the vines until they are reduced to a minimum. However, we bet on innovation and research, and building on the winemaking culture that was already known, various systems were developed to strengthen these vines and create a unique wine.
