VINIFICATION / AGEING : Extraction for 18 to 22 days at 27°/28° in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats Pumping over with controlled aeration Horizontal pressing with separate ageing of the press wines Aged for 18 months in vats. TASTING NOTES : This wine shows a deep garnet colour with subtle brick nuances, reflecting its elegant evolution. The nose is expressive and refined, offering aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberry and plum, complemented by notes of liquorice, cocoa, cedar, and gentle toasted nuances. On the palate, the wine is smooth and well-balanced, with fully integrated tannins and a harmonious structure. The finish is long and persistent, combining mature dark fruit character with delicate spicy and roasted notes, delivering a wine that is now fully approachable while retaining excellent finesse and complexity.
