VINIFICATION / AGEING : Extraction for 18 to 22 days at 27°/28° in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats Pumping over with controlled aeration Horizontal pressing with separate ageing of the press wines Aged for 24 months: 75% in new French oak barrels, 25% in amphorae. TASTING NOTES : This wine is full-bodied, well-structured and powerful, with a fine tannic presence and a wide range of aromas, berry and chocolate aromas with hints of redcurrant and jam. The tannins are round and elegant, giving it good ageing potential, although it can be drunk young.
