VINIFICATION / AGEING : Elaborated from black grape varieties—Merlot and Cabernet Franc—this Blanc de Noirs cuvée is crafted from grapes harvested early to preserve their natural freshness and vibrant aromatic expression. The juice is obtained through gentle direct pressing, without maceration, and at a low temperature (8°C), a method that limits pigment extraction while capturing the finesse of aromas, delicate nuances, and remarkable freshness.
