Information

Fermented in new French oak barrels and aged in Jerez casks. Biological ageing under a layer of flor yeast for a minimum of 10 months. The Jerez casks were previously used for one year for the biological ageing of fine Sherry wines. They were then transported to our winery in Rueda. TASTING NOTES Beautiful straw-yellow colour. Aromas of ripe fruit, dried fruit and white flowers, with notes of iodine and subtle saline touches. On the palate, it is structured yet rich and fresh, with a mineral finish that invites another sip.
